Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales professional. The role is based in Pune and involves assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting real estate properties. Tasks include conducting property tours, understanding client requirements, maintaining knowledge of the local property market, and negotiating deals. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Possess a valid Real Estate License.
  • Strong skills in Real Estate and knowledge of Real Property.
  • Sales experience, including negotiating and closing property deals.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
  • Proficiency in local market trends and familiarity with the Pune real estate landscape is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
