Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Consultant based in Bangalore Urban. The role involves engaging with potential clients to understand their real estate needs, presenting suitable property options, and guiding them through the purchase or rental process. The consultant will foster positive client relationships, deliver excellent customer service, meet sales targets, and contribute to the company's growth. Training will be provided to enable success in this role.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Real Estate Sales and knowledge of the real estate market
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and client relationship management
  • Proven ability in Sales and negotiation to achieve targets
  • Proficiency in Real Estate concepts and practices
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing Training programs to improve skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in property services or real estate consultancy is a plus
  • Graduate degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is desirable
