Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Real Estate Sales Consultant, based in Bengaluru. The role involves assisting clients with property purchases and investment opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining transparent communication. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client requirements, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, coordinating site visits, and providing insights into the real estate market to support informed decision-making. The consultant will also participate in regular training sessions to refine sales techniques and industry knowledge.

Qualifications
  • Proven ability in Real Estate Sales and a strong understanding of the local property market
  • Expertise in Customer Service and a client-first approach
  • Knowledgeable about Real Estate and Sales processes
  • Experience in participating in or conducting Training sessions
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
  • Previous experience in real estate or related sales roles is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related fields is a plus
