Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru for a Real Estate Sales Consultant. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying properties, guiding them throughout their real estate journey, managing the sales process, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction. The role entails building and maintaining client relationships and advising them on property investments in line with their goals.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Real Estate Sales and a thorough understanding of the real estate market
  • Experience and strong skills in Customer Service and client relationship management
  • Sales expertise with an ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Ability to provide support and training to clients regarding property purchase and investment processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in a real estate or sales role is advantageous
