Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Consultant, located in Pimpri Chinchwad. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, delivering tailored real estate advice, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include contributing to sales strategies, conducting property viewings, and maintaining strong client relationships. Training may also be required to stay updated with market trends and company practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate Sales and a strong understanding of the real estate market
• Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Experience in Sales with excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
• A willingness to engage in continuous learning and training within the real estate domain
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications or licensures in real estate are a plus
