Job Description

We are currently hiring for an exciting opportunity in the Pharma / Medical Devices / Diagnostics segment for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive sales and business growth.

Job Summary

The role focuses on expanding market presence by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell pharma products, medical devices, or diagnostic solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, labs, and channel partners
  • Achieve sales targets and drive market expansion
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
  • Identify new business opportunities and territories
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical, or related field
  • 1-5 years of experience in pharma / medical device / diagnostics sales (freshers may be considered for junior roles)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory environment
  • Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
