Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Associate role located in Bengaluru South. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting buyers in property transactions, building and maintaining client relationships, managing inquiries, providing expert advice on real estate trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will additionally involve coordinating property visits, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales objectives.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales skills, including client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and property-related regulations
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for presenting properties and interacting with clients
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple transactions and client requests
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and digital platforms is an advantage
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in real estate sales or related industries is preferred
