Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in Gurugram. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, showcasing and promoting properties, assisting with property sales, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts, providing exceptional customer service, and staying updated on market trends and property values.
Qualifications
- A valid Real Estate License is required.
- Proven experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions.
- Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential buyers and clients.
- Proficiency in Sales techniques, including lead generation, deal closure, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and result-driven with the ability to operate in a competitive environment.
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Gurugram or surrounding areas is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
