Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Associate at our Bengaluru location. Responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will actively participate in property viewings, negotiations, sales documentation, and post-sales support while achieving individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property
- Experience or skills in Sales and Customer Service
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License or willingness to acquire one
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
