Job Summary
PropGenius is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist with proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads to drive high-quality inquiries for premium real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on lowering CPL and improving ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage lead generation campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Optimize campaigns for quality lead flow, maximum ROI, and reduced CPL.
- Conduct regular A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and follow-up tracking.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing & real estate lead generation.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in performance marketing (preferably in the real estate industry).
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and CRM integrations.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and optimization skills.
