Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement Comprehensive Marketing strategies tailored to the real estate industry

Identify market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to guide campaigns

Manage online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google ads, Facebook, Instagram and linkedin

Optimize website SEO and oversee content updates to improve organic traffic and lead conversion

Monitor and enhance the company's online reputation and social media presence

Plan and execute lead generation campaigns through digital and offline channels

Collaborate with sales team to ensure high-quality leads and alignment of marketing efforts with sales goals

Oversee the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.

Collaborate with content writers and designers to develop compelling property listings, blogs and videos

Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess ROI and optimize future efforts.

Prepare monthly marketing reports and present insights to stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (MBA Preferred).

Proven experience in Performance Marketing or similar roll.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM System and analytics platforms

Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute efficiently

Proficiency in tools line Canva, Photoshop or similar graphic design platforms is a added advantage
