About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Real Estate Manager for Sales and Marketing to lead real estate sales operations across direct and channel partner segments. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing high-performing teams, and executing effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities Sales Management (Direct Sales)
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, client engagement, and closures
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property solutions
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Channel Partner Management
- Build and manage relationships with channel partners (brokers, agents, consultants)
- Organize partner engagement activities and training sessions
- Support partners in deal closures and coordination
- Monitor partner performance and improve productivity
Marketing & Strategy
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights
- Collaborate with internal teams for branding and promotions
- Recommend pricing strategies and sales initiatives
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and guide the sales team
- Set performance goals and track productivity
- Conduct regular training and performance reviews
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing
- Strong knowledge of direct sales and channel partner ecosystem
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage high-value clients and complex transactions
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
