Job Title: Real Estate Manager Sales & Marketing

Location: Delhi NCR

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: 3,00,000 9,00,000 per annum (based on experience)

Reporting To: Sales Head / Business Head

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Real Estate Manager for Sales and Marketing to lead real estate sales operations across direct and channel partner segments. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing high-performing teams, and executing effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities Sales Management (Direct Sales)
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, client engagement, and closures
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property solutions
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Channel Partner Management
  • Build and manage relationships with channel partners (brokers, agents, consultants)
  • Organize partner engagement activities and training sessions
  • Support partners in deal closures and coordination
  • Monitor partner performance and improve productivity
Marketing & Strategy
  • Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams for branding and promotions
  • Recommend pricing strategies and sales initiatives
Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and guide the sales team
  • Set performance goals and track productivity
  • Conduct regular training and performance reviews
Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing
  • Strong knowledge of direct sales and channel partner ecosystem
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage high-value clients and complex transactions
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
