Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Real Estate Manager. As a Real Estate Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing property management operations to ensure smooth functioning and compliance, managing lease administration processes, and negotiating commercial leases. The role also involves evaluating real estate opportunities, managing commercial real estate projects, and coordinating with stakeholders to achieve operational and financial objectives effectively.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Property Management and Lease Administration
• Knowledge of Leases and their terms, including drafting and negotiations
• Strong proficiency in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate practices
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in real estate software and tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field MBA will be preferred.

Salary:

• Monthly Salary up to Rs-65k
