Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Senior Relationship Manager (Real Estate). The responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering expert real estate advice, and providing tailored property solutions. The role involves engaging with commercial and residential property investors, analyzing market trends to identify investment opportunities, and devising winning strategies to meet client goals. Additionally, the Senior Relationship Manager will act as a point of contact for clients throughout the transaction and investment cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.

  • Strong relationship management, client engagement, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis, investment strategy development, and data interpretation
  • Expertise in negotiation, sales, and closing real estate transactions
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry, including commercial, residential, and luxury developments
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to drive results and meet sales or performance targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in a senior-level real estate or client-facing role is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications
