Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close property deals. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, and client meetings
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
  • Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, and benefits
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet monthly targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Update CRM records, sales reports, and follow-up schedules
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduation in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel for site visits
