Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives to achieve sales targets.
Drive client acquisition, handle high-ticket sales, and close premium real estate deals.
Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and conversions.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
Conduct client meetings, property pitches, and coordinate site visits.
Monitor team performance, assign targets, and ensure achievement of monthly goals.
Maintain accurate records, sales reports, and CRM updates.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and builder policies.
Collaborate with senior management for project strategies and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum 26 years of real estate sales experience (mandatory).
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of Gurugram real estate market & luxury
