Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close property deals. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, and client meetings
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, and benefits
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet monthly targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Update CRM records, sales reports, and follow-up schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduation in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel for site visits
