Job Description

Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts and agreements to meet legal and business requirements.
Provide legal advice on property-related matters, including leases, acquisitions, and disposals.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations in the technology and food industry.
Support the legal team in managing disputes and resolving contractual issues.
Conduct research on legal matters relevant to real estate and contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams to address legal queries and ensure alignment with company policies.
Maintain accurate records of legal documents and transactions.
Assist in the development and implementation of best practices in contract management

The Successful Applicant

LL.B/LL.M
7-10 years of proven expertise in real estate sector
Strong knowledge of legal regulations in the real estate, food and restaurant industry
Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, retail and hospitality industry is preferred.
