Regional Category Manager, Construction and Real Estate

Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive category strategies for construction and real estate sourcing, optimizing spend and unlocking value for Google.
• Cultivate strategic supplier relationships to enhance procurement activities and drive innovation.
• Work with commercial, contracting, and cross-functional partners to ensure compliance with legal and company standards within the category.
• Leverage technology and problem-solving tools to enhance procurement practices and support data-driven decision-making.
• Lead strategic projects aimed at improving procurement processes and implementing new strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in sourcing, category management, or procurement roles, with a focus on managing indirect spend categories.
• 5 years of experience working in the construction or real estate industry or similar.
