Role Description

This is a full-time & Work From Home role for a Real Estate Consultant based in Bhubaneshwar. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their real estate needs, providing expert property advice, and facilitating property transactions. The role involves negotiating deals, collaborating with team members, and identifying market opportunities to support sales growth. The consultant will also conduct site visits, provide training on property insights, and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Proven Sales skills with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
• Strong Negotiation skills to facilitate successful property transactions
• Experience in providing client Training and consultations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proficiency in understanding local real estate market trends in Bhubaneshwar
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
