This is a part-time, on-site Professional Realtor position based in Gurugram. The Professional Realtor will support clients in buying, selling, or investing in real estate. Responsibilities include consulting on property transactions, conducting market analysis, preparing property listings, showing properties to potential buyers, and facilitating negotiations and contract closures. Exceptional customer service and a commitment to client satisfaction are key aspects of this role.

• Active Real Estate License and professional knowledge of real estate practices
• Strong proficiency in customer service to provide exceptional client experiences
• Expertise in sales and real property evaluation
• Ability to collaborate with clients and stakeholders effectively
• Proven negotiation and communication skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with the Gurugram real estate market is a plus
• Proficiency in related software tools and platforms is an advantage
