Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant, located in Bangalore Urban. The Real Estate Consultant will focus on engaging with clients to identify their requirements and provide guidance on property decisions. Responsibilities include conducting property visits, showcasing real estate options, negotiating deals, responding to client inquiries, and staying informed about local market trends and property regulations. The role will also involve collaborating with team members and participating in training sessions as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Real Estate and Real Property
- Proven skills in Sales and Negotiation
- Ability to participate in and implement effective Training programs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with the Bangalore Urban real estate market is a plus
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
