Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Real Estate Consultant. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through the home-buying or property investment process, providing expert advice on real estate opportunities, and presenting property options. This role also includes liaising with real estate developers, assisting with property negotiations, and staying updated on market trends to offer strategic recommendations. Relationship building and delivering personalized consulting will be key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property to guide clients effectively
• Proven experience in Sales and Negotiation to close deals successfully
• Ability to train and educate clients on real estate processes and opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
• Detail-oriented with the ability to provide transparent and trustworthy consulting
• Familiarity with the Bengaluru real estate market is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
