This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru. As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients throughout the property buying, selling, or investment process. This includes offering market insights, presenting RERA-verified listings, conducting property site visits, and negotiating deals to meet client requirements. You will also collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and deliver a customer-centric experience. Additionally, you will assist in preparing contracts and ensuring smooth transactions with a focus on ethical practices.

• Proficiency in Real Estate processes, understanding of Real Property trends, and experience in Sales and real estate transactions
• Strong Negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Experience in Training and mentoring clients on property-related decisions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Knowledge of Bengaluru's real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
