Role Overview:

We are seeking a candidate to join our team as a Real Estate Sales Consultant in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for selling high-end residential properties priced between 1 million AED to 30 million AED. You will engage with high-net-worth individuals, understand their unique requirements, and guide them through the purchasing process. This is an exciting opportunity for a hardcore salesperson who is passionate about real estate and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify potential clients through our qualified leads, networking, referrals, and other lead generation activities
• Conduct property tours, presentations, and sales meetings
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
• Build and maintain a robust client database
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
• Stay updated with market trends and property developments

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales, specifically in the luxury segment
• Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
• Fluency in written and verbal English, with excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
