Requirements

  • Bachelor'sdegreeinBusiness,Marketing,orarelatedfield(MBApreferred).
  • Minimum2yearsofexperienceinrealestatesales,preferablyintheluxuryorvillasegment.
  • Excellentcommunication,presentation,andnegotiationskills.
  • Stronginterpersonalskillsandabilitytobuildlastingclientrelationships.
  • KnowledgeofpremiumrealestatemarketsincitieslikeGoa,Bengaluru,Hyderabad,Pune,Gurugram,andNoida.
  • ProficiencyinCRMtools,MSOffice,andonlinerealestateplatforms.
  • WillingnesstotravelacrossIndiaforclientmeetingsandsitevisits.
