Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, sharing information about real estate projects, answering inquiries, and maintaining detailed call records. The role also includes scheduling site visits, building positive relationships with clients, collecting feedback, and supporting the sales team to achieve their targets.

• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and professional phone etiquette
• Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills to engage potential clients
• Proficiency in managing customer information and maintaining accurate records
• Basic technical skills to work with CRM software and telecalling tools
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivation to achieve individual and team goals
• Prior experience in real estate, telecalling, or customer service is an advantage
• Proficiency in English and Tamil; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
