Job Title: Business Development Executive – B2B (Education ERP – EDUMAAT)

Location: Chennai

Experience: 1–3 Years (B2B Sales Required)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales. The candidate will be responsible for selling our ERP software to schools and colleges by understanding their needs, giving product demos, and closing deals. Flexible to handle both remote and in-person client meetings, including field visits when required.

Key Responsibilities

● Connect with decision-makers (Principals, Directors, Admin Heads)

● Present EDUMAAT ERP product and explain its benefits

● Conduct product demos (online/offline)

● Understand client requirements and provide the right solution

● Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers

● Achieve sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis

● Maintain pipeline and update CRM regularly

● Build long-term relationships with clients 

Required Skills  

● 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales (mandatory)

● Strong communication and presentation skills

● Good negotiation and closing ability

● Confidence in handling client meetings and demos

● Basic understanding of software / SaaS products

● Self-motivated and target-driven
