Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Mohali district. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting real estate, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, negotiating deals, providing market insights, and maintaining property listings while staying updated on market trends and regulations to serve clients effectively.

Qualifications

• Holds a valid Real Estate License
• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Strong Sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent Customer Service abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with local property markets in Mohali district is an advantage
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
