Job Description

Primary skills:Technology->Reactive Programming->react JS

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop responsive, modular, and reusable React components for complex web applications.
Collaborate with Node.js/backend teams to define and integrate RESTful/JSON APIs and ensure seamless end-to-end functionality.
Lead technical design discussions, propose architectural improvements, and ensure alignment with overall solution architecture.
Optimize front-end performance, including bundle size, rendering efficiency, and perceived load times.
Implement state management, routing, and component composition patterns following industry best practices.
Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to clean coding standards and patterns.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing guidance on React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and general engineering practices.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and visual designs into pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end issues across different browsers and devices.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and development workflows to improve delivery speed and reliability.
Knowledge of more than one technology
Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals
Knowledge of Testing tools
Knowledge of agile methodologies
Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes
Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements
Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills
Good understanding of the technology and domain
Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles and modelling methods
Awareness of latest technologies and trends
Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills
