Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and maintain complex, responsive user interfaces using React / React.js and modern front-end frameworks. 2. Build and optimize reusable components, hooks, and UI patterns to ensure consistency and scalability across applications. 3. Integrate front-end applications with backend services and APIs, collaborating closely with Node.js and other service teams. 4. Implement state management solutions (e.g., context-based patterns or equivalent) to handle complex data flows and UI interactions. 5. Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications through profiling, code optimization, and best practices in front-end performance. 6. Develop and maintain web experiences using React Native for Web and collaborate on mobile-aligned features with React Native teams. 7. Apply strong front-end engineering principles, including modular architecture, clean code, and maintainable project structures. 8. Write unit and integration tests for React components and flows to ensure reliability and reduce regressions. 9. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help maintain high-quality coding standards across the team. 10. Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and visual designs into high-quality, pixel-appropriate implementations. 11. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex front-end issues across different browsers and devices. 12. Mentor junior developers, share best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools. 13. Collaborate in agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, retrospectives) and contribute to estimation, technical design, and delivery planning. Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in BTECH, MTECH, BE, ME, MSC, BSC, MCA, or BCA from a recognized institution. 2. 5–9 years of hands-on experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React / React.js. 3. Proven experience building production-grade applications using React and modern Front-End Frameworks (component-based architecture, modular design). 4. Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals, HTML5, and CSS3 in the context of React-based applications. 5. Practical experience integrating front-end applications with backend services, including basic exposure to Node.js. 6. Experience working in collaborative, agile development environments with version control and standard development workflows.
