Join our customer's team as a React Frontend Lead, where you'll take ownership of building high-quality, responsive web applications. You will guide frontend development best practices, collaborate across teams, and deliver user-focused solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and optimization of frontend features using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Redux.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Maintain clean, modular, and reusable code following modern frontend standards.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when required.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Communicate clearly to align requirements and deliver impactful outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development with React.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Proven experience building responsive, user-centric interfaces.
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture and performance optimization.
- Experience working in Agile or fast-paced environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
