Job Title: Frontend Lead - React

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy frontend components using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to build scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Optimize applications for performance and cross-browser compatibility.
- Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices.
- Participate in peer code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently in a hybrid work setup.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in React.js and modern frontend frameworks.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Proven ability to build responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
