| With around 20000 Self Service Terminals spread across 26 states and 6 union territories, Self Service channel acts as the face of Axis Bank for millions of retail customers and is, hence, an integral part of the Banks strategy. ATM Channel plays a major role in launching self-service terminals and migrating the customer from physically assisted teller transactions to digital platform for day to day transactions. It also plays a pivotal role in the Banks customer engagement strategy across products and services | |||||

| The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the ATM Network of the Bank is available at optimum levels for customer transactions. The personnel will be required to work in a dynamic environment with close coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Focused approach in managing the optimum availability of recyclers at critical locations like corporates, platinum sites, etc. | |||||
| Key Responsibilities | |||||
Ensure optimum level of ATM availability to customers by continuous liaison with IAD partners and branches Closely engage with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations of ATM Network Manage Bank dependency cases with proper escalation as per Escalation matrix. Managing the feedback received from internal customers via email / application Ensure support to customer experience team on feedback received via other media (whatsapp, twitter, CTA, etc.) Track temporary closure cases and ensure revival within TATs Conduct monthly performance review meeting with channel partners | |||||

Optimal qualification for success on the job is: Graduation from a recognized institute Minimum 2-3 years of experience related field | |||||
