Key Responsibilities

• Implement building procedures and performance standards to ensure consistent operational compliance across the site
• Monitor and improve on-site operations by introducing best practices and process enhancements
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and statutory compliance standards across all facility operations
• Act as the primary point of contact for all facilities-related client concerns and service requests
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure consistent delivery of client expectations
• Manage vendor coordination to ensure services are delivered as per contractual terms and quality standards
• Oversee site budgeting, financial planning, accounting, and operational cost control
• Track and manage operational expenses to ensure alignment with approved budgets
• Support procurement processes and ensure vendor compliance with procurement guidelines
• Lead and support team development through coaching, training, and performance management
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, trust, and high performance within the team
