Job Description
Portfolio Management:
.Undertake initiatives to increase profitability and relationship value of clients.
.Focus on driving profitability by increasing customer activation, ETB deepening & retention.
.Ensure timely execution of up migration & down migration process.
.Ensure timely insights on propensity data for TD, Remittance, Retail Assets etc. & pre-approved products.
Customer Engagement and Campaigns based on data analytics:
.Identification of micro segments in existing customer base for new business opportunities.
.Devise cross sell strategy for customers via D2C and digital campaigns.
.Launch new Siddhi nudges to boost Partner productivity.
Portfolio Health & Voice of customer:
.Anchor the client experience survey and drive specific actions based on customer feedback.
.Generate insights into existing channel usage, penetration and innovate ways to enhance client experience.
Key Relationships (Internal or External Stakeholders)Internal Stakeholders: Marketing, DBAT, BIU, Compliance, Service Recovery & Legal team.
External Stakeholders: Vendors & Partners.
