Role/Job Title: Product Manager-Cash Management
Function/ Department: Wholesale Banking
Job Purpose:
To develop, structure and customize Cash Management products/ services (Payments, Collections, Liquidity, Channels, etc and to provide best in class solutions to clients. Develop new products according to changing customer needs & conduct research on new product development & market situation on a continuous basis.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ideate, innovate and implement new products as relevant in eco system with twin benefit to Bank and customer.
- Work on creating:
- Customer engagement funnels
- Implementation of Business funnels
- Enabling Fintechs & partnerships integrations
- Product/Feature backlog mgmt.
- Delivery prioritization
- Squad level cost & Efficiency mgmt.
- Productivity & capacity mgmt.
- UI/UX & accessibility
- Bugs backlog mgmt.
- Delivery & internal impediments
- Campaign enablement
- Customer comm. enablement
- Create value of end user
- Backlog prioritization
- Defining the vision - Research Fintechs, Banking, E-com and other leading apps to find the best fit experience for customers in all tech and non-tech aspects.
- Manage product backlog - Define, detail and prioritize the product backlog across the financial year with a quantitative and qualitative view on value being delivered periodically.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation - Any Graduate
Post Graduation - Any post graduate
Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in handling cash product.
