B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA / BBM (Commerce Background Only)
Job Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented professionals with experience in
Record to Report (R2R) and
General Ledger accounting . The role focuses on financial reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing activities using ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
General Ledger Management
- Maintain and update GL accounts
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
Journal Entry Processing
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Handle accruals, adjustments, and corrections
Balance Sheet Reconciliation
- Perform periodic reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
Month-End Closing Reporting
- Execute month-end close activities
- Prepare reports and perform variance analysis
ERP Compliance
- Work on ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / Any ERP)
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements
