SAP FICO Job Description (4–12 Years, ECC to S/4HANA)
Role Overview
We are looking for seasoned SAP FICO consultants with 4–12 years of experience who have strong expertise in ECC to S/4HANA conversion, migration, and upgrade projects. The role involves end-to-end implementation, system transformation, and support for financial accounting and controlling processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion, migration, and upgrade projects.
- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling).
- Perform system assessments, data migration strategies, and cutover planning.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions aligned with S/4HANA best practices.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users and support teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP FICO modules during and after migration.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–12 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO
- Strong knowledge of financial processes: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting.
- Proven experience in ECC to S/4HANA conversion, migration, or upgrade projects..
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Exposure to Central Finance and Universal Journal concepts.
