Key Responsibilities:
Research & Analysis
- Assist in conducting experiments, trials, and studies to develop new products or improve existing ones.
- Collect, record, and analyze experimental data to provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor developments.
Product & Process Development
- Support the design, testing, and evaluation of new products, processes, or formulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, QA, and marketing) to implement R&D outcomes.
- Document and report findings to senior R&D staff for decision-making.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all R&D activities adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist in testing product quality, safety, and compliance with standards.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper usage and calibration.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare technical reports, research summaries, and presentations.
- Maintain organized records of experiments, trials, and observations.
- Contribute to patent filings, publications, or research papers, if applicable.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with R&D team members to achieve project goals.
- Support training of junior staff or interns in lab procedures and experimentation.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Biotechnology, Agriculture, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in research, product development, or laboratory work.
- Knowledge of R&D processes, experimentation, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic laboratory software/tools.
