Cyber Security is a global organization within Technology Services, responsible for access management, identity management, threat prevention, and secure data exchange. The Cyber Security Technology Group ensures secure design principles, implementing best-fit solutions while mitigating cyber risks.
This role will involve business analysis, requirement gathering, and process improvements within Cyber Security projects. The team is global, diverse, and collaborative, offering flexibility and equal opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical documentation, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Collaborate with technologists and project teams to drive successful deliveries.
- Perform as-is and to-be impact analysis for security processes.
- Contribute to reducing security and operational risks by aligning with company policies and standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and optimization strategies.
Mandatory Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis (preferably in IT Security or Infrastructure projects).
- Strong understanding of Vulnerability Management.
- Experience managing business and technical requirements from initiation to implementation.
- Proficiency in data analysis, with strong Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive assigned tasks to completion.
- Strong problem-solving skills to challenge existing processes and propose improvements.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex security concepts clearly.
- Experience working with stakeholders across different organizational levels (including management).
- Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
