What You ll Need:

  • 8 to 15 years of relevant industry experience with team leading experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of high-performance cores/IPs implementation methodologies.
  • Experience with Synopsys implementation tools such as RTLA and Fusion Compiler.
  • Proficiency in developing PPA methodologies for complex IPs.
  • Strong understanding of the latest technology nodes and their applications.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams.
