Your Role And Responsibilities
IAM Strategy & Architecture
- Define and implement enterprise IAM solution aligned with security and compliance requirements.
- Design scalable IAM solutions covering PAM, SSO, MFA, and Federation.
- Experience in IAM deployments from design ,production rollout and operations support.
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Design implement and support PAM solutions using tools like CyberArk / ARCON.
- Manage privileged account lifecycle, vaulting, session monitoring, and credential rotation.
- Establish controls for least privilege, segregation of duties (SoD), and audit readiness.
- Integrate PAM with enterprise systems (AD, cloud, databases, applications).
Access Management (AM)
- Implement and manage SSO, MFA, and Federation solutions.
- Work with tools such as Okta / Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) / Siteminder / Oracle Access Manager
- Configure authentication policies, conditional access, and identity federation (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
- Enable secure access for workforce, partners, and customers.
Greenfield Implementation
- Lead end-to-end IAM implementation programs including:
- Solution design and architecture
- Tool deployment and configuration
- Integration and onboarding of applications
Operations & Governance
- Oversee IAM operations including incident management, access reviews, and compliance reporting.
- Define and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with customers, business stakeholders, and auditors.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IAM teams.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for IAM and security architecture
Preferred Education
Master's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- 10–15 years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- PAM: CyberArk, ARCON
- AM: Okta, Microsoft Entra ID , Siteminder, Oracle Access Manager
- Deep understanding of:
- Authentication & authorization protocols (SAML, OAuth2.0, OIDC, LDAP)
- Identity lifecycle management and governance
- Experience in greenfield IAM implementations.
- Strong knowledge of cloud IAM (Azure/AWS) and hybrid environments.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Experience in large-scale enterprise or managed services environments.
