Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and analytical Quick Commerce Manager to lead and scale our business across leading quick commerce platforms including Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket Now, and emerging instant delivery channels.

The ideal candidate will own the complete business cycle—from account management, assortment planning, inventory forecasting, promotions, and visibility initiatives to revenue growth and P&L management. This role requires strong commercial acumen, operational excellence, and the ability to collaborate across multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Account Management

  • Own and manage relationships with key quick commerce platforms including Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other emerging channels.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all business, operational, and growth-related discussions.
  • Drive strategic partnerships and identify opportunities for assortment expansion, visibility, and revenue growth.

Revenue Growth & Sales Management

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
  • Track key business metrics including GMV, sell-out, ROI, contribution margins, stock availability, and profitability.
  • Develop and execute growth plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain Management
  • Forecast demand and coordinate replenishment planning.
  • Ensure optimal inventory availability across dark stores and fulfillment centers.
  • Work closely with operations, warehouse, and supply chain teams to minimize stock-outs and maximize fill rates.

Assortment & Category Planning

  • Identify high-potential SKUs for quick commerce channels.
  • Plan assortment expansion based on consumer demand, category trends, and platform priorities.
  • Drive new product launches and category growth initiatives.

Promotions & Visibility Management

  • Plan and execute platform-led campaigns, promotions, and visibility programs.
  • Manage trade spends, discounts, platform investments, and promotional budgets.
  • Optimize product discoverability through merchandising and content enhancements.

P&L Ownership

  • Manage complete account profitability.
  • Monitor margins, promotional spends, and operational costs.
  • Ensure sustainable growth while maintaining profitability targets.

Required

  • 3+ years of experience managing Quick Commerce, E-commerce, or Modern Trade accounts.
  • Hands-on experience working with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of inventory planning, demand forecasting, and account management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in consumer electronics, accessories, FMCG, or high-velocity retail categories.
  • MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Experience managing advertising spends, trade marketing budgets, and platform promotions.
  • Familiarity with quick commerce business models and dark-store operations.
