Company Description
Sneakare is a New Delhi-based fastest-growing sneaker care brand, built for people who genuinely love what they are wearing on the foot. We market premium, no-nonsense products cleaning kits, insoles, suede care, and storage solutions designed to help sneaker fans protect what they paid for and wear what they love, longer. We started small, made it to Shark Tank India, and haven't slowed down since. Our team is young, fast-moving, and obsessed with getting things right whether that's a product formula, a listing copy, or a customer interaction. We care about quality over shortcuts, ownership over excuses, and learning over ego.
Role Overview
As Quick Commerce Manager, you will own Sneakare's presence and performance across q-commerce platforms
Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and emerging dark-store networks. You will drive cataloguing, availability, visibility, and sell-through while working cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and the founder's office to scale this fast-growing channel into a significant revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Ownership
Manage end-to-end operations across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other q-commerce platforms including onboarding, cataloguing, content hygiene, and store-level availability.
Revenue & Growth
Own the q-commerce P&L set GMV targets, drive week-on-week growth, and execute strategies to maximise share-of-shelf and brand visibility.
Inventory Planning
Work closely with the supply chain team to forecast demand, manage FIFO at dark stores, reduce out-of-stock instances, and optimise replenishment cycles.
Campaign & Promotions
Plan and execute platform-specific promotions, banner ads, and seasonal campaigns in coordination with the marketing team to improve CTR and conversion.
Data & Analytics
Track key metrics (fill rate, return rate, sell-through, SOV, ranking) using platform dashboards and internal tools; present weekly and monthly performance reviews to leadership.
Vendor & KAM Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Account Managers at each platform to secure better placement, promotional slots, and priority listing.
New Product Launches
Coordinate go-live of new SKUs across q-commerce channels with accurate catalogue content, pricing, and availability aligned with launch timelines.
Pricing & Competitiveness
Monitor competitive pricing and market trends; recommend pricing adjustments to maintain margin while staying competitive.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth, scalable q-commerce operations.
Process Building
Document SOPs and build scalable processes for catalogue management, inventory alerts, and promotional workflows as the channel grows.
