Position: Quantity Surveyor - Transportation
Location- Bangalore Office
To manage cost estimation, budgeting, BOQ preparation, and contract administration across infrastructure projects (Rail & Metro, Roads & Highways), ensuring effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for pre- and post-contract stages.
- Conduct quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and cost benchmarking.
- Monitor project costs and support value engineering initiatives.
- Prepare tender documents and assist in procurement processes.
- Administer contracts including variations and change management.
- Ensure compliance with FIDIC, CVC, GFR guidelines and relevant industry standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Attributes
- Strong expertise in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and quantity take-offs (AutoCAD/Revit).
- Knowledge of infrastructure contracts and procurement practices.
- Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CostX preferred.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering / quantity surveying / construction management.
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects.

Adherence to company BMS, QMS, OH&S procedures and promotion of integrity compliance culture.
