Role Description

This is a full-time Quantity Surveyor position focusing on commercial and residential building projects. Based in Bengaluru, this hybrid role allows for a combination of on-site and remote work. Responsibilities include cost control, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost planning, cost reporting, and providing cost management solutions throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring budgetary and resource efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for commercial & residential projects
• Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
• Prepare project cost estimates and budgets
• Verify contractor bills and process client billing
• Monitor project cost vs budget and highlight variances
• Prepare bar bending schedules (BBS) where required
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and site teams
• Track material consumption and wastage control

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of BOQ, billing & rate analysis
• Understanding of commercial & residential construction methods
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and QS tools
• Cost control & budgeting expertise
• Min 5 years of experience
• B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
