We are looking for enthusiastic & experienced individuals to join our team !
Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents for construction projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labour costs.
- Evaluate and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor and control project costs throughout construction phases to ensure budgets are maintained.
- Prepare progress reports, valuation of variations, and interim payment applications.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify quantities on-site.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering solutions.
- Prepare final accounts and assist in project close-out documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction cost estimation and project cost control.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Cubit, or similar).
- Strong understanding of construction contracts (FIDIC or equivalent).
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with commercial, resort, or infrastructure projects.
