We're Hiring Quantity Surveyor Interior Works

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on interior drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site measurement and verification of work done for billing purposes.
- Estimate material, labor, and time costs for interior projects.
- Prepare and evaluate vendor quotations, rate analysis, and cost comparisons.
- Assist in budget preparation, cost planning, and project cost control.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams to ensure accurate costing and timelines.
- Prepare interim payment certificates, work orders, and final bills.
- Ensure all project costs are tracked and within approved budget limits.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify quantities, and assess any variations or additional works.
- Manage change orders, variations, and claims with proper documentation.
- Support tendering, contract documentation, and post-contract administration.
- Prepare final cost reports and ensure financial closure of projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Coordination / Interior / Construction field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary: Based on previous experience and current package.
