Quantity Surveyor

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Bengaluru. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, cost control, and reporting, as well as preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ). The role involves active collaboration with clients and project teams to deliver efficient and cost-effective project management solutions. The Quantity Surveyor will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial success and feasibility of projects.

• Strong knowledge in Cost Control, with the ability to manage budgets effectively.
• Experience in preparing BOQ and conducting accurate cost estimations.
• Skills in Cost Management, Cost Planning, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize project budgets.
• Proficiency in Cost Reporting and financial tracking to ensure transparency and accountability in project finances.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools used in quantity surveying and cost management.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Experience in working on projects in international markets like the U.S., Canada, Australia, or the Middle East is a plus.
